    Ingredients

    1 pound pizza dough

    1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese or mozzarella, shredded

    1 chicken breast, thinly sliced

    1/2 cup ham or Canadian bacon, thinly sliced

    2 green onion, thinly sliced

    1/2 t. Italian seasoning (optional)

    1 T. extra virgin olive oil

    1 T. flour

    1 cup skim or 2% milk

    1/2 t. kosher salt

    1/4 t. garlic powder

    1/4 t. black pepper

    Instructions

    In a small saucepan heat the olive oil over medium high heat.
    Once the oil is hot whisk in the flour and let it cook for 1 minute.
    Turn the heat down to medium and slowly whisk in the milk.
    Continue whisking and add in the salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
    Once the sauce has thickened (about 3-5 minutes) remove from the heat.
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    Roll the pizza dough out onto a pizza stone or sheet pan sprayed with cooking spray.
    Spread the white sauce onto the pizza dough.
    Top the pizza with the shredded cheese, chicken, ham, green onions, and Italian seasoning.
    Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
