Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons Ener-g egg replacer mixed with 12 tablespoons water OR 6 eggs (I’m going to have to try this with egg whites and report back.)
1/3 cup applesauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and set aside.
Mix all ingredients together very well. Squish the dough together with your hands so it comes together. If the dough is too runny, add more coconut flour until is thick enough to work with. Turn out onto a clean surface and knead a few
