    Syn Free Hasselback Chicken is a simple family friendly Slimming World dinner recipe!

    Ingredients

    2x Large Chicken Breasts

    2x Tomatoes (sliced)

    60g Red Leicester Cheese (sliced into thin strips)

    2x Rashers Lean Bacon (fat removed, cut into strips)

    1/2tsp Garlic Powder

    1/2tsp Paprika

    1/2tsp Dried Mixed Herbs

    Salt & Pepper (to taste)

    Low Calorie Cooking Spray

    Instructions

    Slice two large chicken breasts at about 1.5cm intervals. Do not cut all the way through to the bottom, leaving about half a centimeter of chicken uncut at the base of each breast. 
    Fill each cut with one piece of tomato, one piece of bacon and a small slice of cheese. 
    Season with a pinch of garlic powder, salt, dried mixed herbs, paprika and black pepper to your taste. Spray with low calorie cooking spray. 
    Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked all the way through. Serve with potatoes and salad!
