    • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
    • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
    • 3 tablespoons unsweetened shredded or flaked coconut
    • 2 cups cherries or about 40, leave the pits in or they will release too much liquid
    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
    • Pinch of salt
    • 2 tablespoons amaretto or water
    • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract if you aren't using amaretto
    • 6-8 ounces plain Greek yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, use more or less depending on how sweet you want it
    • Good quality dark chocolate, chopped
