    My favourite way to serve carrots as a side-dish. This simple mix of garlic, balsamic and parmesan does magical things to carrots.

    Ingredients

    • 1-1/2 pounds peeled and sliced carrots
    • 3 small cloves of garlic
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons balsamic vineagar
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
    • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    • freshly grated parmesan
    • sea salt and pepper to taste
