    Ingredients

    • 2 cups of thinly sliced curly lettuce or your favorite type of lettuce
    • 1 cup of thinly sliced kale leaves
    • 1/4 cup of minced fresh mint leaves
    • 2 scallions minced
    • 1 1/2 cup of diced mango cubes
    • 1 cup of sliced strawberries
    • 1 1/2 cups of diced apples
    • 1 cup of diced nectarines
    • 1/2 cup of diced peaches
    • 1 cup of blueberries
    • 1/2 cup of thinly sliced pineapple
    • 3/4 cup of pomegranate arils
    • 1 cup of crumbled Greek style Feta cheese
    • 1 mango peeled and roughly diced
    • 2 tablespoons of honey
    • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
    • 1/4 teaspoon of salt ore or less to taste
    • 1 teaspoon of fresh oregano leaves minced or use 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano (more or less to taste too)
    • 1/4 cup of olive oil
