    • Salt and Pepper, to taste
    • 16 ounces whole wheat penne pasta
    • 1 tub (15 ounces) whole milk ricotta cheese
    • 1-1/2 pounds mozzarella cheese, grated
    • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 egg
